I have been taking pictures since I was seven, starting with a Kodak Brownie, a gift from my parents.
I am fascinated by all photography genres but street photography is what I love.
You can read my photography blog, which looks at many aspects of the photographic process, by clicking at the bottom of this page.
By contrast the content here is 100% mine. Click my name to email me.
For Gearheads: I use a Nikon D700 mostly with lenses from the manual focus era dating back to 1970, because I like the way they render images; Panasonic G1 and a G3 MFT bodies with the 14-45mm and 45-200mm kit lenses, the 9-18mm MFT Olympus ultra-wide zoom; and a Panasonic LX1 with a glued on 28mm optical finder. In the studio I use a Novatron kit. Prints are made on an HP DJ90 dye printer. Processing is mostly with Lightroom. Oh!, and lest I forget, there’s always the iPhone 4S’s camera in a pinch.
