About the Snap!

This was an art display at South Park in San Francisco. The artists paid for street parking spots all over the city and put up these balloons,, the idea being that no one needs a car to get to SF with its abundant public transportation. I was on my bike and this lovely young woman and I shared a joke about the idiocy of cars in old, crowded cities.
